Oxford Ground & Wall Anchor Kit 4 Bolt

Double layer, hardened steel bolt-down anchor, that can be fitted to concrete floors and solid walls. Fits all Oxford chains up to a 16mm link diameter. Sold Secure 'Gold' bicycle lock approved.
Kit includes:
• 4 high security expansion bolts
• 4 anti-tamper ball bearings
• 4 steel plugs (to cover the ball bearings)
• Allen key
